We use FedEx as our primary shipping method – Ground to Freight to Overnight. You can choose any method offered by FedEx, or use your own account number. We ship out thousands of packages daily and are happy to pass our shipping savings on to you.

Our payment terms are simple: – 50% at the time of order and 50% at the time of shipping. We take credit cards—AMEX, Visa and Mastercard—with NO FEE. We can also accept checks and ACH payments.

We can produce astounding variable or static spot gloss, spot matte or spot foil embellishments with or without a tactile feel. We accomplish this with NO tooling. Our job is to give every customer the opportunity to differentiate their brand and create high quality, cutting-edge packaging while not compromising speed-to-market. Because 70% of consumers form impressions of a brand based solely on packaging, our goal is to create a multi-sensory experience for the end user.

We have many internal rigid and recorded procedures to ensure the quality of the final product. On the front end, we use our X-rite Exact and Bodoni Sign software to ensure current and future color and quality consistency. On the back end, we have tight lamination guidelines and use our Haug Tank to test seal strength and consistency on 1/100 bags produced. At PouchIt, our quality and color control is unwavering and a necessary focus. SQF certification pending.

We offer a standard powder-resistant, press-to-close, and an upgradeable powder-resistant, child-proof zipper.

Our normal production seal types are K-seal and Skirt-seal. K-seal bottom-gusset pouches allow more product and additional volume with reduced risk of puncture or tear. Skirt-seal helps heavier stand-up pouches stand more sturdily, while keeping the pouch visually appealing. In addition, we can produce rounded corner or square corner products.

We are concerned about the environment and hopefully leaving a better world for the next generation. As a customer, you have the choice of material, including recyclable or high-recyclable content in gloss, matte or soft-touch finishes, with high support barriers in clear, white or metallized.
